New Gaming Farm and another game

I am taking a break from Toadwater but I am still farming "virtually" and I am not sure how to make my avatar into a Dwarf but soon as I can I will.
I am playing the Sims again and being reminded why I loved the Sims and hated the Sims.
I found this lot called Collectors Island I am totally in love with.
Its got bit of everything.
And I level really fast on that lot but crappy thing about purchasing lot for personal use is the trees start to wither and die.
And what I read that is bad news for Money trees because they leave debts.
Any way so I found new blank world map that I totally forgot about and I was attempting to develope my own version of new Collectors Island with terrace and terrace buildings but its not entirely working.
I can't connect stairs to descend down to where I want them to go.

Moving and setting up the farm

Here is first quick post and few images as I navigate my way around the world of Toadwater.
Here is a image I am pondering deeply about where to set up things in base and places I have explored.
Of course I am doing this in-between the occasional chats over IRC, and my endless digging for seeds, chopping and gather wood, whittling, farming peppers and radishes.
I am currently deciding where to put my hang gliders.
